Invitation for Bid for 2024 Patrick Henry Court Drainage Improvement Project

 Summary 
The exterior siding on the Roads Equipment Storage Barn needs repair and replacement of the exterior siding (Figure 1), front support beam (Figure 2) and center roofline support beam (Figure 2).
A portion of this building, the chemical storage area, was replaced in 2015. This area has dark green siding and is not included in this project (Figure 3).

Scope includes providing turnkey furnishing and installation of a tot (ages 2-5) play structure and a school age (ages 5-12) play structure equipment and materials, including borders, drainage and engineered wood fiber mulch.
