Manages day-to-day operations, maintenance and security of all LOWA properties and personnel. ​

Oversees amenity operations, including Community Activities, Golf, and Equestrian Center. Manages business systems and oversees IT support, both in-house and third-party. Oversees the Covenant Enforcement department (ECC) and plans, coordinates, and executes the LOWA signature special events.

Supervises the entire Finance Department. Prepares all audit documents, monthly financial reports, and works with the Association Treasurer. Investigates all contracts, insurance, and reserve expenditures. Anticipates cash flow needs and keeps the General Manager and Board informed of the financial health of the Association.

The Maintenance Director oversees all of the maintenance operations including, Buildings, Roads, and Grounds.

Oversees golf operations, Pro Shop, tournaments and course maintenance.

Manages the Equestrian Center Operations.

Oversees community amenities, recreational facilities, events, and operational initiatives while working closely with residents, staff, volunteers, committees, and community partners to support Lake of the Woods.

Works directly with the Assistant General Manager and General Manager on Board agenda preparation, information dissemination, record-keeping, committee information, etc.
