Pickleball and tennis activities are coordinated by the Pickleball/Tennis Committee (P/Tec).
Many of the Lake of the Woods (LOW) players are members of USA Pickleball  and/or members of the U. S. Tennis Association (USTA).

The LOW Pickleball Club (LOWPBC) offers free pickleball lessons indoors every Thursdays and one Saturday a month in the Marion Pronk Hall at the Community Center. Please check the Calendar of Events in the Lake Currents for the times and up to date information. All equipment is provided. Please wear good non-marking court/athletic shoes. Running shoes are not recommended. The LOWPBC has a Social Committee which arranges many fun activities throughout the year, including an annual picnic at the Hollyfield Park Pavilion.

Rules and procedures for tennis play are posted at the outdoor courts. Informal groups include women’s intermediate doubles most mornings, men’s intermediate doubles on Tuesday & Friday mornings and open tennis on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM year-round. Tennis socials are held on the second Saturday of each month and are open to all during the summer (April to October). The tennis schedule is published in the Lake Currents.
