Run for the LOWA Board of Directors, Applications Are Open! Deadline April 30.
The LOWA Board of Directors plays an important role in guiding our community, making decisions that impact amenities, budgets, policies, and long-term planning. Serving on the Board is an opportunity to bring your perspective, leadership, and collaboration to the table while helping strengthen the community we all share. Members that have announced their candidacy for the 2026/2027 Board are listed in the full news item.

Extended Hours at Member Services 
Member Services will be offering extended hours to assist members with their annual assessment business in person.
Thursday, April 30 | 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Friday, May 1 | 8:30 AM–6 PM
Saturday, May 2 | 9 AM–5 PM 

Update 4/17/26: A motion was made by the Board at the April 15, 2026 Board Meeting to appoint Dan Porter as the Treasurer of the LOWA Board for the remainder of the 25/26 Board term. Motion passed 5 yea/2 not present. Dan Porter will not be a voting board member in his role as Treasurer and he will remain on the Finance Commitee. For more details click the news item.
