Water Fitness (Classes Full)

Provided By: Carol Greeney, Instructor
The Water Fitness program will be held under the guidelines of Governor Northam and the LOWA Administration with some modifications. Daily Drop-Ins will not be an option and participants will be assigned equipment that will be theirs for the season and will be brought back and forth to class each session. Participants may want to purchase their own equipment and may do so by contacting Carol at
rcgreeney@comcast.net.
This program is an energetic one-hour workout beginning with a warm-up followed by stretching, 20-25 minutes of cardio, strengthening exercises with equipment and ending with the final stretching. The advantage of water workouts is that one may work at his or her own pace and there is no stress on one’s joints. In addition, one doesn’t sweat! All routines are choreographed to a variety of music--hopefully something for everyone.
Classes will begin on
June 13 and end on
September 2, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9 AM and 10 AM.The cost of the mandatory Season Pass is $140.
Registration Forms may be obtained by contacting Vicky Shew at
vshew42549@yahoo.com.
Make checks payable to Carol Greeney, with Water Fitness on the memo line and mail to 222 Monument Road. Forms will also be available on the first day of class.
