When it is displayed, select the File, Print menu option on your browser. After you are finished printing, click on the Back button on your browser to return to this page.

Most forms are in "PDF" format and require Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print. If this is loaded on your computer, it will automatically open the file when you click on the link. If you do not already have it installed, it may be downloaded and installed at no charge by visiting the Adobe website.

COVID-19 and Financial Hardships
 
At the April 4, 2020 Board of Directors meeting, while emphasizing the importance of owners paying their assessments on time, the Board took action and voted to waive interest, late payment, and payment plan surcharges until August 1, 2020 for those Members experiencing financial hardships due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 
 
In order to take advantage of the fee and interest waivers,  Members should contact the Finance Department to request and complete the hardship waiver forms along with their other paperwork, and to set up a payment plan.  By doing this, you will maintain your Membership in good standing and continue to have full use of the amenities.  As a reminder, Annual Assessment amounts cannot be reduced or waived.  If you wish to take advantage of these waivers and deferral, please contact either Charlie Maneval, Director of Finance (cmaneval@lowa.org or 540-972-2212), or Janice Stafford (jstafford@lowa.org or 540-972-2228), Assessment Coordinator, and they will walk you through the process.
