MAINTENANCE ROADS: Roads Laborer. Full-Time. To maintain LOW streets, rights-of way, drainage systems and equipment. To improve the safety and aesthetics of LOW roads and property. Operate vehicles and equipment as required to maintain and repair streets, etc. Perform street work including patching of holes, installing and maintaining street signs, brush cutting and shouldering. Perform ice and snow removal. Repair and clean culverts and shallow collectors as directed. Perform leaf vacuum operations. Perform traffic control in construction areas. Erect and dismantle barricades and construction signs. Complete other tasks that may be assigned by the Foreman. Serves as Emergency Action Personnel in the event of emergencies of various types, size, intensity and duration that may occur within or near the boundaries of LOW with or without warning. Assist other departments when required. M-F 7 AM-3:30 PM availability is required.
CLUBHOUSE: Cooks, Part-Time. Accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing as required. ServeSafe certification and food-handlers license highly preferred. Must have open availability Wed-Sun including weekends and holidays.
FAREWAYS CAFE: Servers, Part-Time. Candidates must be 18 years or older. Some restaurant experience preferred. Good communication skills and team spirit important. Must have Mon-Sun open availability and be able to work weekends and holidays.

ADMINISTRATION: Business Systems Coordinator, Full-Time. Handle all planning, implementation, and management of business system projects such as automation, AllBox, pool entry software and proximity card readers at amenities; support training and technical support for the phone system, copiers, printers, security cameras, point of sale (POS) systems, TEKControl, and more; Tuesday through Saturday work schedule.
PRO SHOP: Bag and Cart Attendant, Part-Time. Handles all of the outside duties of the golf operation including customer service i.e. bag drop, player management, golf cart operation, cleanliness of the facility, and light maintenance.
