Administration
Full Time Salaried Position – Director of Finance.
  The ideal candidate will be a highly-motivated professional and will assume a strategic role in the overall financial management of the Association.  This position has primary day-to-day responsibility for planning and  managing  financial-related activities including supervising Finance staff, Budget process, Financial Reporting, Banking and Reserve Funding. This position reports directly to the General Manager. The Director of Finance must ensure effective internal controls are in place and compliant with GAAP, Federal, State and Local regulatory requirements.  A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance plus 5 – 7 years relevant experience required. Master’s Degree or CPA is highly desirable.  Excellent communication skills essential.  Must demonstrate proficiency in member management software programs preferably Jonas.  Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office, especially Excel required.  Attendance at Board of Directors meetings, Finance Committee and other relevant committee meetings and community-wide events will require some evenings and occasional weekends. Salary is negotiable, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Clubhouse 
Full Time Salaried Position - Assistant Clubhouse Manager
. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to ensure highest guest service satisfaction. The Assistant Manager will assist in achieving company objectives in meeting sales goals, maintaining food quality, and ensuring that all safety, sanitation, and food handling standards are consistently met. The successful candidate will ensure all State laws pertaining to alcoholic beverages are strictly adhered to including staff training and certification. Experience in closing procedures including cash reconciliation desired. Excellent customer service skills essential. A minimum of 3 - 5 years progressive experience in similar food and beverage operation is required. Qualified candidates are invited to submit resumes.
 
Part Time Host/Hostess.  Seeking to fill two positions to welcome and greet guests, manage timely seating of guests and ensure each diner leaves the Clubhouse with an excellent dining and social experience. Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills, and a hospitable disposition along with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Must be able to perform some computer functions. Work schedule includes the hours between 4 PM and 10 PM Wednesday through Sunday, including some holidays. Applicants must be at least 17 years of age.
 
Equestrian Center
Part Time Barn Staff Plus Sales Associate. The successful, dependable candidate will assist with barn chores plus act as a sales associate to inform interested guests and schedule services.  Primarily weekend work plus additional weekday shifts may be available for barn chores or teaching lessons.  Experienced horse handling skills plus good communication skills essential.

Part Time Servers
are needed!  If you are over 18 years of age, personable and can work flexible hours in a pleasant environment—please apply!  We need applicants with good communication skills and basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures. Excellent Customer Service Skills required.  Some experience preferred.
 
Fitness Center
Part time Attendants . Join the team at the new Fitness Center and assist the Manager in ensuring members workout in a safe and welcoming environment.  Duties include: open/close daily, greet and check in all guests, answer inquiries, assist in keeping equipment clean and well maintained, receive /process payments for services accurately and demonstrate commitment to fitness and personal wellness.  Excellent customer service and communication skills essential.  Must have ability to lift 50 lbs.  One year experience working in related environment highly desirable.  Must be 18 or older.
 
Marina
Part time Attendants.
Enjoy working outdoors?  Come be a marina attendant and assist in operating the marina fuel center.  Excellent customer service and record keeping ability required.  Must be willing to work flexible hours and weekends.  Age 16 or older may apply.  Spring hours:  April 20 – May 26, open Saturdays and Sundays from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.  Summer season begins Memorial Day with extended hours and weekdays through Labor Day.  After Labor Day, the Marina is open on weekends through October 20.  Applications received by March 29 will receive priority consideration.
