FINANCE: Full Time Salaried Position – Accounting Manager. Responsible for supervising Finance staff in day-to-day transactions and assisting in preparation of monthly Financial Statements, annual audit, and annual Budget Process. Administer member management system, POS system and credit card processing.  Daily interaction with Operation Center Managers and Senior Staff. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred. 3–5 progressive experience including staff supervision required. Spreadsheet proficiency and accounting software background desired.
                       
CLUBHOUSE: Full Time Salaried Position - Assistant Clubhouse Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to ensure highest guest service satisfaction and assist in meeting sales goals, maintaining food quality, and ensuring that safety, sanitation, and food handling standards are consistently met. The successful candidate will ensure all State laws pertaining to alcoholic beverages are strictly adhered to including staff training and certification. Excellent customer service skills essential. A minimum of 5 years progressive experience in similar food and beverage operation is required.
 
CLUBHOUSE: Part Time Positions: 
  • SERVERS. Successful candidates must be 18 years and older, have excellent customer service skills, enthusiasm and energy. Work schedule: 4 PM to 10 PM, Wednesday through Sunday along with some holidays. Some restaurant experience preferred. 
  • HOST/HOSTESS to welcome/greet guests, manage timely guest seating, excellent customer service, good communication skills and some computer knowledge.
  • BANQUET CAPTAIN to assist in supervising/coordinating banquet events with service staff, oversee setup breakdown, cleanup and reset of club functions. Knowledge of procedures and equipment used in preparing and serving large gatherings required.
  • BANQUET SERVERS needed to provide excellent customer service when serving guests and assist with Banquet set up and tear down. Must be able to work flexible hours.
  • BANQUET AND LOUNGE BARTENDERS. Must be at least 21 years of age and willing to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays. Must mix and serve beverages and possess superb customer service skills. TIPS certification will be provided. One–two years’ experience desirable.
 
CLUBHOUSE POOL SNACK BAR ATTENDANTS  (Part Time / SeasonalWe need people who are friendly, enthusiastic, customer service oriented.  Attendants will maintain a clean, organized and safe snack bar area located in the Clubhouse Pool Fitness Complex.  Attendants will prepare snack foods and drinks for pool and beach guests as required.  Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.  Ability to handle money and lift/push up to 25 lbs. required.
 
COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES MANAGER: Full Time Salaried Position to oversee, manage and coordinate daily operations including facility events, pickleball/tennis courts, campground operations, pools and fitness center activities. The CC Manager will direct the CC operations staff in scheduling and monitoring use of facilities. The successful candidate will plan and coordinate special events, maintain community events schedule and regularly attend, participate and follow up with Committees. The CC Manager regularly interacts with Community membership and Management. Excellent communication and organization skills must be demonstrated. Budgeting experience desired. HS diploma required with some college preferred. Experience working with diverse customer base, including children and seniors, preferred. Minimum three years’ progressive experience in similar or related environment such as a Community Center, Recreation Center or Recreation program. Ability to work some evenings and weekends for special events. Applications received no later than COB April 16 will receive priority consideration.
 
EQUESTRIAN CENTER Part Time STABLE WORKER/INSTRUCTOR. The successful, dependable candidates will assist with barn chores, cleaning stalls and paddocks, cleaning and filling water tubs, feeding the horses and blanketing when weather requires. Additional duties may include assisting with pony rides and parties, trail rides and helping with shows and other special events. Previous experience working with Equines required.
 
FAREWAYS CAFE: Part Time Positions:
  • SERVERS. Candidates must be 18 years or older and able to work flexible hours including weekends. Some restaurant experience preferred. Good communication skills and team spirit important.
  • LINE COOKS needed to accurately and efficiently prepare hot food products as well as prepare and portion food prior to cooking. One year experience is preferred along with good communication skills, ability to work flexible hours and a team spirit.
MAINTENANCEFull Time ROADS LABORER Position – Join the crew and help maintain community streets, rights-of-way and drainage systems.  Position operates vehicles and equipment as required to perform repairs. Also performs hole patching, installation of street signs, cutting back brush and repairing and cleaning culverts.  H S Diploma + 1 year experience in road maintenance operations required.
 
MARINA – Part time Attendants. Enjoy working outdoors?  Come be a marina attendant and assist in operating the marina fuel center.  Excellent customer service and record keeping ability required.  Must be willing to work flexible hours and weekends.  Age 16 or older may apply.  Spring hours:  April 9 – May 30, open Saturdays and Sundays from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.  Summer season begins Memorial Day with extended hours and weekdays through Labor Day.  After Labor Day, the Marina is open on weekends through October 30.
