ADMINISTRATION – MEMBER SERVICES:  Part Time Receptionist Position: Applicants wanted to provide professional, comprehensive member services support for Association membership by answering inquiries from members, realtors, vendors, contractors and other with a variety of questions.  Enter new barcode applications, deactivate barcodes as needed and research barcode issues. Other duties as assigned.
 
CLUBHOUSE.   Now Accepting Applicants for Part Time positions: 
  • SERVERS needed.  Successful candidates must have excellent customer service skills, enthusiasm and energy.  Work schedule includes the hours of 4 PM to 10 PM Wednesday through Sunday along with some holidays. If you are 18 and older, have a positive, out-going personality and are a team player, this job is for you.  Some restaurant experience preferred. 
  • LEAD COOK.  Flexible hours working with a great team.  Must be able to prepare, portion and cook food products with competency in other areas of food preparation.  Looking for team players.  Previous experience desired. 
 
CLUBHOUSE POOL SNACK BAR ATTENDANTS  (Part Time / SeasonalWe need people who are friendly, enthusiastic, customer service oriented.  Attendants will maintain a clean, organized and safe snack bar area located in the Clubhouse Pool Fitness Complex.  Attendants will prepare snack foods and drinks for pool and beach guests as required.  Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.  Ability to handle money and lift/push up to 25 lbs. required.
 
EQUESTRIAN CENTER - Part Time STABLE WORKER.  The successful, dependable candidate will assist with barn chores, including cleaning stalls and paddocks, cleaning and filling water tubs, feeding the horses and blanketing when weather requires.  Additional duties may include assisting with pony rides and parties, trail rides and helping with shows and other special events.  Previous experience working with Equines required.
 
FAREWAYS  - Now Accepting Applicants for  Part Time Positions:
 
  • BARTENDERS/SERVERS are needed to mix and serve beverages at the Sports Bar and Grill.  Applicants must be at least 21 years old, willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.  Job requires superb customer service skills. One-two years’ experience required.  
  • SERVERS are needed to assist with CafĂ© operations. Candidates must be 18 years or older and able to work flexible hours including weekends. Some restaurant experience preferred.  Good communication skills and team spirit important.
 
GOLF PRO SHOP – Part Time ATTENDANT to provide excellent customer service to golfers.  Positive outgoing personality required. Salesmanship and conversational golf knowledge a plus.  Must work a minimum of three days/weekly including weekends.  Basic computer skills essential and retail sales experience desired.
 
GOLF PRO/GOLF OPERATIONS MANAGERFull Time Salaried Position –  The ideal candidate reports to the GM and will oversee golf operations by managing the daily operations and assist in promoting LOWA’s golf amenity through marketing endeavors. The Pro/Manager will ensure efficient operation and coordination of the pro shop, cart service and all other Golf Operations services.  The primary focus of this position is to provide guest satisfaction, train and supervise golf staff, merchandising, golf instruction, and implementation and coordination of all golf programs. Fiscal responsibilities include managing operations by meeting revenue targets and controlling expenditures.  Attendance at Golf Committee meetings required along with interaction with other Managers and especially community members.  Successful candidate must have minimum 5 years management experience in golf and/or hospitality industry, must possess proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Office suite, point of sale systems, handicap software and golf tournament management systems.  Must possess PGA Level A1 certification or higher or able to become certified within first year of employment.  Associates or college degree preferred. Position requires evening and weekend hours.
