Grounds:
Groundskeeper, Full-Time. Preserve and maintain the natural beauty of LOW common property. Perform general landscaping maintenance tasks utilizing equipment and machinery. Perform mowing, edging, weed control, and leaf blowing duties. Ensure LOW common areas are free of trash and well-maintained. Must be 21 years or older to operate LOWA vehicles. Must have a valid VA driver’s license

Roads Maintenance:
Lead Heavy Equipment Operator, Full-Time. Operate a variety of heavy equipment and machinery to maintain the roads, rights-of-way, ditches, and common areas. Operate the heavy truck while towing leaf vacuum for ditch cleaning operations. Coordinate snow removal and windstorm/flood damage clean-up operations. Applicants should possess a Class B CDL with Air Brakes Endorsement and should have a clean driving record.

Roads:
Roads Laborer, Full-Time. Maintain LOW Streets, rights-of-way, drainage systems, and equipment. Maintain the safety and aesthetics of LOW roads and property. Perform maintenance such as ice and snow removal, operate vehicles, and street work including the patching of holes, brush cutting, and shouldering. Must be 21 years or older to operate LOWA vehicles.

Pools:
Clubhouse Snackbar Attendant, Seasonal/Part-Time. Serve food and drinks at the Clubhouse Pool and beach area during pool season. Greet members and provide excellent customer service. Prepare food and beverage orders and process all sales. Organize snack bar inventory and ensure proper stocking of all food and beverage items. The Clubhouse pool is typically in operation from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Fitness:
Fitness Center Attendant, Part-Time. Greet and assist all Fitness Center members on weekends by verifying valid identification cards. Actively monitor the facility and surroundings, including inspection of equipment and proper housekeeping. Ensure all weight equipment is stored properly and re-rerack as required. Close the Fitness Center at night. This position is weekends only from 2:30p-10:30p and may require occasional weekdays on an as-needed basis.

Clubhouse and Fareways:
Team Members, Part-Time. The Clubhouse and Fareways Cafe are hiring part-time staff to work at one of our two restaurants. Positions include: Servers, Dishwashers, Cooks, Expeditors, and Hosts/Hostesses.
