​General Maintenance:
Custodian, Full-Time. Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of all LOW buildings and common areas. Ensure assigned areas are vacuumed, swept, and mopped on a weekly schedule. Empty all trash cans and restock with new bags. Dust and polish all furniture. Fill towel and toilet paper dispensers daily. Availability requires mornings and afternoons M-F.
Community Operations:
Community Operations Specialist, Part-Time. Assist with campground reservations, check-ins, storage requests, and weekly inspections. Troubleshoot audio equipment. Set up, operate, and breakdown meeting setup, A/V equipment for all Board meetings, townhalls, candidate forums, and special events. Assist with department administrative duties. A flexible schedule including weekdays, nights, and weekends is required.
Clubhouse:
Bartender, Part-Time. The Clubhouse is seeking an experienced, skilled, and knowledgeable Bartender to join our service staff at The Clubhouse on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and some Sunday evenings. Candidates are required to have substantial experience with bartending at a full-service restaurant. A strong knowledge of various types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail, and drink preparation techniques is required. Candidates maintaining an active TIPS certification are strongly preferred.
Dishwasher, Part-Time. Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment. Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized. Bag and haul trash to dumpster at designated times. Clean food preparation and production areas as required.
