Administration:
Assessments Coordinator, Full-Time. Manage annual assessment billing and review member account accuracy. Maintain member and tenants records. Process payment plans. Coordinate collections and lien activity in accordance with Association policies.

Pools:
Clubhouse Snackbar Attendant, Seasonal/Part-Time. Serve food and drinks at the Clubhouse Pool and beach area during pool season. Greet members and provide excellent customer service. Prepare food and beverage orders and process all sales. Organize snack bar inventory and ensure proper stocking of all food and beverage items. The Clubhouse pool is typically in operation from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Marina:
Marina Attendants, Seasonal/Part-Time. Assist in the operation of the Marina fuel center and provide exceptional customer service to all Marina patrons. Pump fuel in accordance with Marina Operations Guidelines. Collect payment for fuel and perform cashiering function. Perform routine Marina inspections. The Main Marina opens on weekends during the first week of April and is in operation on weekends only through Memorial Day. Beginning Memorial Day, the Marina operates Tuesday-Sunday through Labor Day. From Labor Day until the last week of October, the Marina reverts back to a weekend-only operation.

Roads Maintenance:
Lead Heavy Equipment Operator, Full-Time. Operate a variety of heavy equipment and machinery to maintain the roads, rights-of-way, ditches, and common areas. Operate the heavy truck while towing leaf vacuum for ditch cleaning operations. Coordinate snow removal and windstorm/flood damage clean-up operations. Applicants should possess a Class B CDL with Air Brakes Endorsement and should have a clean driving record.

Fitness:
Fitness Center Attendant, Part-Time. Greet and assist all Fitness Center members on weekends by verifying valid identification cards. Actively monitor the facility and surroundings, including inspection of equipment and proper housekeeping. Ensure all weight equipment is stored properly and re-rerack as required. Close the Fitness Center at night. This position is weekends only from 2:30p-10:30p and may require occasional weekdays on an as-needed basis.

Clubhouse and Fareways:
Team Members, Part-Time. The Clubhouse and Fareways Cafe are hiring part-time staff to work at one of our two restaurants. Positions include: Servers, Dishwashers, Cooks, Expeditors, and Hosts/Hostesses.
