ADMINISTRATION: MEMBER SERVICES Part Time Attendant Position: Successful candidate will provide professional, comprehensive member services support for Association membership by answering inquiries from members, realtors, vendors, contractors and others with a variety of questions. Duties include: processing applications/forms for amenities, guest passes, collecting payments, issuing barcodes for new applicants. Good PC knowledge, excellent communication and customer service skills required. Hours: Monday and Friday 8:30 – 5 PM and every other Saturday 9 AM – 1 PM.
CLUBHOUSE: Part Time Position:
SERVERS needed. Successful candidates must have excellent customer service skills, enthusiasm and energy. Work schedule includes the hours of 4 PM to 10 PM Wednesday through Sunday along with some holidays. If you are 18 and older, have a positive, out-going personality and are a team player, this job is for you. Some restaurant experience preferred.
ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES:
EROSION & SEDIMENT CONTROL INSPECTOR. Full-time hourly position to provide inspections and enforcement for land disturbing activities. Requirements include: (1) Able to obtain DCR E&S Inspector Certification (2) Minimum 1 year experience in constructions & storm water management, (3) Some college with degree preferred in environmental science or related field; (4) Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (5) Knowledge of GIS programs preferredFAREWAYS CAFE: Part Time Positions:

LINE COOKS needed to accurately and efficiently prepare hot food products as well as prepare and portion food prior to cooking. One year experience is preferred along with good communication skills, ability to work flexible hours and a team spirit.
BUSSER to remove soiled dishes from dining room to kitchen, sanitize tables, set tables and assist servers when needed.
PART TIME GOLF PROFESSIONAL POSITION. If you are a retired Golf Pro who loves golf and desires a part time job consider working at LOW Golf Operations. The primary focus of this position is to ensure guest satisfaction, provide golf instruction, implement and coordinate golf events, tournaments, outings, leagues, junior/youth golf camps, teaching clinics and other golf programs designed to improve services to enhance competitive positioning in the marketplace. Requirements include a PGA Level A1 certification or higher. Hours are flexible and compensation is negotiable. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are required along with social media proficiency. This position will require working evening and weekend hours.
MAINTENANCE - Now Accepting Applicants for the following Full Time hourly positions:
GROUNDS Full Time Hourly Positions. Join the crew and assist in performing general landscaping maintenance tasks for routine and special events. Must have experience in operation of basic grounds care equipment. Positions requires heavy lifting and working in all weather conditions.
ROADS Full Time Hourly Position. The qualified applicant will operate vehicles and equipment as required to maintain and repair streets, work with the team to patch holes, install/maintain street signs, cut brush and seasonable remove snow and ice. Must be able to lift 50 lbs., use a variety of hand tools, weed trimmers, chain saws and vehicles. Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions in loud noise level and exposed to fumes, hot liquids and materials. H S diploma required with one year related experience.
