Request for Proposals: Executive-Level Recruitment and Placement Search for General Manager

Proposal Due Date: Friday, May 16, 2025, at 5p.m. Local Time
Lake of the Woods Association (LOWA), a large-scale community association of 4,260 private home lots and over 9,000 residents located in Locust Grove, Virginia, is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced Executive-Level Recruitment Firms to conduct a search for the position of General Manager (GM). The LOWA GM oversees the operations of a dynamic, active community association that serves 9,000+ residents on a daily basis.
Prospective firms must submit their electronic proposals no later than 5 p.m. local time on May 16, 2025, to Mr. Kyle Perreault, Human Resources Manager, 102 Lakeview Parkway, Locust Grove, Virginia 22508 and
[email protected]. It is important that proposals submitted by e-mail only be sent to Mr. Perreault for internal distribution at LOWA.
Requirements and Timeline:
The successful firm will present a written proposal(s) that is responsive to this RFP. Selection will be based on best value for LOWA, a combination of price, value, and relevant experience.
As with any Request for Proposal (RFP) of this type, the LOWA Board of Directors is the decision-maker in contracting for services. Once all proposals are received and reviewed, the Board may request a limited number of respondents to interview directly with a selection committee in the time frame of Monday, May 19, 2025, to Friday, May 23, 2025.
By submitting its proposal, the successful firm acknowledges that this RFP and its proposal(s) may become part of any contract(s) entered into between LOWA and the firm.
