TEKControl Application Update Notice
Important Information for LOWA Members
 
TEKControl recently released an update to their mobile applications for both Android and iOS (Apple) devices on November 10, 2025. Since this update, some users may notice that the app on their phone will not load, open, or function properly.
This issue is occurring on devices where an older version of the TEKControl app was already installed before the update was released.

How to Fix the Issue

To restore full functionality, TEKControl and LOWA recommend the following steps:
  1. Uninstall the TEKControl app currently on your device.
  2. Reinstall the updated version from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
This simple process has been shown to resolve the loading and performance issues caused by the recent update.
