The Rapidan Service Authority has rescheduled their Public Hearing on the water and sewer rate increases on Thursday, February 6, at 7 PM at the Locust Grove Middle School outside the LOW back gate.
As required by Section 15.2-5136 of the Code of Virginia, The Rapidan Service Authority adopted the following schedule of proposed rates and fees. They will hold a public hearing for these proposed rate adjustments on February 6, 2025 at 7:00 PM at Locust Grove Middle School.

Note:
• The LOW Vac Sewer Fee (inside LOW only) is for annual vacuum sewer system improvements. This is the first increase in this fee since originally implemented in 2009.
• The LOW Vac Sewer Upgrade (inside LOW only) is a proposed new fee to pay for a large vacuum sewer pump station upgrade/replacement project inside LOW.
