Progress Update: Lakeview Parkway Paving Project 12/06:
A new crosswalk sign located at Stratford Circle crosswalk is on order and will be installed soon.
The Project Manager for the Lakeview Parkway Paving project has created a punch list for the project to address any concerns of driveway tie-ins or road connections. If you have any concerns you need to address regarding this project please contact Michael Armstead at [email protected]
Progress Update: Lakeview Parkway Paving Project 11/27:
- Road Marking will be completed on Lakeview Parkway by Nov.29.
- Shoulder work will begin on Tuesday, 12/3 and runs through the week on Lakeview Parkway in both areas-100 block of Stratford Circle to Taylor Court (area 1) and Spotswood Road to Lake of the Woods Way (area 2).
- Lakeview Parkway Paving has been completed from 100 block of Stratford Circle to Taylor Court and Spotswood Road to Lake of the Woods Way.
LOWA Lakeview Parkway Paving Project Update 11/22:
- Road Marking will continue on Lakeview Parkway (Areas1&2) through Nov.26.
- Expect temporary lane closures and flaggers during the marking process.
- Proceed in the work zones cautiously.Road Marking should be completed before Wednesday, Nov. 27.
LOWA Lakeview Parkway Paving Project Update 11/15:
- Shoulder work in Area 1 & 2 will occur from Nov.18-Nov. 22.
- Road Marking will occur in both areas 1 & 2 as early as Monday Nov.18 through Nov.27.
- Expect temporary lane closures and flaggers during the marking process and shoulder work. Proceed in the work zones cautiously.
- Paving on Lakeview Parkway from the intersection of the 100 block of Stratford Circle to Taylor Court has been completed.
- Paving Area 2 of Lakeview Parkway-Spotswood Road to Lake of the Woods Way has been completed.
LOWA Lakeview Parkway Paving Project Update 11/11:
- Paving for Spotswood Road to Lake of the Woods Way will begin tomorrow, Wednesday 11/13 (Area 2).
- Paving will take place Wednesday and Thursday in Area 2 (11/13-11/14)
- Expect lane closures during these two days in the paving zones.
- There will be flaggers for lane closures and transitions.
- Paving on Lakeview Parkway should be completed by 11/16 (excluding any weather or work delays).
- Road marking both areas will follow after paving is complete.
Utilize the Back Gate whenever possible to avoid delays.
Expect delays in the Front Gate area during these days.
LOWA Lakeview Parkway Paving Project Update 11/5:
- Milling on Lakeview Parkway from the intersection of the 100 block of Stratford Circle to Taylor Court has been completed. (Area 1)
- Milling the second area of Lakeview Parkway-Spotswood Road to Lake of the Woods Way has been completed.
- There will be signage for rough road areas and flaggers for lane transitions.
- The contractor will begin paving Area 1 beginning Wednesday, Nov.6 as that area is completed they will move to Area 2.
- Paving will occur from Nov. 6-13.
LOWA Lakeview Parkway Paving Project Update 11/1:
- Milling on Lakeview Parkway from the intersection of the 100 block of Stratford Circle to Taylor Court has been completed. (Area 1)
- The Contractor will mill the second area of Lakeview Parkway-Spotswood Road to Lake of the Woods Way beginning Monday, Nov.4 (Area 2)
- All milling should be completed by Nov.7.
- There will be signage for rough road areas and flaggers for lane transitions.
- The contractor will pave area 1 beginning Monday, Nov.4.
- Paving will occur from Nov. 4-11.
Please proceed in these areas of Lakeview Parkway with caution.
- Be cautious when traveling through the Lakeview paving zones.
- Keep an eye out for workers on the shoulders and moving around the paving areas.
- Keep an eye out for new traffic patterns or flaggers on Lakeview
- There WILL be potential traffic delays or temporary lane closures for short periods of time.
