New Additions to the LOWA Team
We’re thrilled to welcome two outstanding additions to the LOWA team—Mike Freeman, Director of Facilities & Maintenance, and Craig Tebbe, joining our Food & Beverage team.
Their experience and leadership will help strengthen our community and enhance our services.
Mike Freeman, Director of Facilities & Maintenance
Mike brings over 10 years of supervisory and management experience across hospitality, residential construction, and property management. His expertise includes vendor and contractor management, preventative maintenance programs, capital projects, and safety, along with hands-on skills in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
We look forward to the leadership and collaboration Mike will bring in supporting the continued growth and stewardship of our community’s infrastructure and assets.
An Addition to Our Food & Beverage Team: Craig Tebbe
We’re excited to welcome Craig Tebbe to the LOWA Food & Beverage team!
Craig brings nearly six years of valuable experience from the award-winning Fahrenheit 132 steakhouse in downtown Fredericksburg. During his time there, he earned a strong reputation for developing innovative menus, maximizing ingredient use, and maintaining a thoughtful balance between creativity and cost management. His commitment to quality and guest experience makes him a great addition to our team.
As Craig gets settled, he will be working alongside our existing leadership team to support and enhance our culinary and beverage offerings for the community.
At the same time, we recognize that our Food & Beverage leadership team is in a period of transition. We are currently evaluating next steps and exploring opportunities to best position the team for continued success. As plans are finalized, we will share updates with the community.
