Meet Our New Security Chief: Ronald Perkins, Jr.
Lake of the Woods Association is excited to welcome Ronald Perkins, Jr. as the new Security Chief for Lake of the Woods Association, leading our Allied Universal Security division.
Ronald brings over 25 years of experience in both armed and unarmed security roles. He has led security teams in healthcare, government, and corporate settings with a strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and service excellence. Most recently, he served as Hospital Security Manager at Augusta Health.
Throughout his career with Allied Universal, Ronald has managed multi-site operations and supervised over 100 officers. He holds a Secret Clearance and certifications in risk management, emergency planning, IT security awareness, and more. Bilingual and highly dependable, he’s known for hands-on leadership and a deep commitment to secure, well-managed environments.
