We received a written resignation from Tom Francis on the evening of April 3rd, stating that he has chosen to step down from his position as Treasurer. He remains a Member of the Board of Directors. The Board is committed to a smooth transition of this role and will discuss the next steps in electing a new Treasurer at the meeting on Wednesday, April 15th
