Important Leadership Updates from the LOWA Board:
We would like to inform you of two important updates regarding leadership within the Lake of the Woods Association.
General Manager Transition:
After nearly 14 years of dedicated service, General Manager Phil Rodenberg will be departing LOWA to pursue new career opportunities. His last day with the Association will be May 2, 2025. We thank Phil for his leadership and many contributions to our community over the years.
Effective May 3, Assistant General Manager Carolyn Brodeur will serve as Acting General Manager during this transition period. The Board of Directors are actively pursuing the recruitment for LOWA's next General Manager.
Board Vacancy Notice:
Board Director Vassa Olson has resigned from the LOWA Board, effective April 3, 2025. We thank Vassa for her dedicated service over the past two and a half years and her commitment to our community.
The Board will evaluate next steps for filling this vacancy. We anticipate updates after the next Regular Board Meeting scheduled for April 16, 2025.
