Board of Directors Officer Update 3/19/26:
At the Board of Directors meeting held on March 18, 2026, during Executive Session, the Board approved a change in officer roles. Effective March 18, 2026, the updated Board of Directors officer positions are as follows:
President: T.C. Phillips
Vice President: Frank Heisler
Treasurer: Tom Francis
Secretary: Leif Henecke
Director: Darcy Jennings
Director: Traci Nicol
Director: Jeanne Porter
Frank Heisler has been voted (4 yea, 2 nay, 1 not present) as Vice President, and Leif Henecke has been voted (4 yea, 2 nay, 1 not present) as Secretary. Traci Nicol and Darcy Jennings will continue to serve on the Board as Directors.
