Voting for the 2026 LOWA Board of Directors Election Is Now Open
Voting is now open for the 2026 Lake of the Woods Association Board of Directors Election. Members are encouraged to cast their vote and help shape the future of our community.
If you have not received an email from Vote-Now.com, please contact Member Services at 540-972-2237. Voting ends on Sept. 7.
VOTER INSTRUCTIONS: 2026 BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION
LOWA offers voting by four different methods:
VOTE ONLINE VIA ELECTRONIC PROXY BALLOT:
Go to the following address: https://vtnw.com/go/LOWA/
Then follow the online instructions to complete and submit your Proxy Ballot electronically.
Vote electronically by Monday, September 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
VOTE BY PAPER PROXY BALLOT
Drop off or mail your paper proxy ballot, in care of the Elections Committee, to the Holcomb Building, 102 Lakeview Parkway, Locust Grove, Virginia, 22508.
Your paper proxy ballot must be received at the Holcomb Building by Saturday, September 5, 2026, at 1:00 PM.
VOTE BY PHONE
Call a voter specialist at Vote-Now.com at 855-335-8393 to identify yourself with LOWA section and lot numbers, have your unique 12-digit voter code ready (received by email), and complete the voting process.
Voting by telephone ends Friday, September 4, 2026, at 6:00 PM.
VOTE IN PERSON AT THE ANNUAL MEETING
Same-Day Paper Ballots will be available at the Annual Meeting for voting in person.
The Annual Meeting takes place on Monday, September 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Community Center. You may also rescind a previously cast ballot at the Annual Meeting and cast a new ballot.
