The meeting was called to order by the Chair Connie Buttimer and started at 10:35 am.
Attendees included were Ginny Thomas, Karen Cakouros (Vice Chair), Karen Kovarik, Betty Beck, Connie Buttimer (Chair), Joann Buttimer, and Laird Knights. Advisor Louisa Rucker was absent.
A motion to approve the meeting minutes was made by Joann Buttimer and Karen Cakouros seconded the motion to approve the meeting minutes of Sep 11, 2015 passed.
New members were added Ginny Thomas, Karen Kovarik, and Laird Knights
Officer reports were giver by Connie Buttimer and Karen Cakouros.
Distribution and Discussion of Information
- Charter – was reviewed
- Roster was checked and deemed ok
- Timeline – Forms are to be given to Karen Cakouros
- List of prior recipients will be sent out by email.
New Business
- Karen Kovarik was appointed Publicity Chair
- Assign other tasks
- Laird Knights was appointed as the new secretary.
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Joann Buttimer at 11:15 am and the motion passed.
