Progress Update:
Patrick Henry Court Drainage Improvement Project is complete except for the road and parking lot surfacing work that will be scheduled for Spring 2026 due to cold weather. Completed January 9, 2026.

Hollyfield Park Water Detention Facility is complete.

Hollyfield Park drainage pipeline, ditches and manhole structures are complete.

Removable bollard located at the old access road behind the restrooms is complete.

Patrick Henry Court and Yorktown Blvd. drainage pipeline, ditches and manhole structures are complete.

Yorktown Blvd. Water Detention Facility is complete including a gravel entrance area, vegetated spillway, and a removable bollard at the driveway.

Contractor (Steady Construction) crews are completing site cleanup and demobilization of construction equipment.

Erosion and sediment control fencing will remain in place across all project zones until new grass and vegetation are fully established.
Work Scheduled for Spring 2026:

Paving on Yorktown Blvd. and tar-and-chip work on Patrick Henry Court will be completed in the Spring 2026 due to temperature requirements.

Tar and chip will be applied to all Hollyfield Park parking areas in the Spring 2026 due to temperature requirements.
