UPDATE March 7, 2025

Progress Update Friday, March 7, 2025:

• Steady Construction continues to work on the pipeline between Hollyfield Park and Patrick Henry Court.
• The contractor began staging pipeline materials during the week of 3/3 on Patrick Henry Court. 
• Weather permitting, the contractor will begin construction of the drainage pipeline connecting the Yorktown Blvd. water detention pond to the Patrick Henry Court drainage pipeline during the week of 3/10 through 3/21.

MEMBER REMINDER:
The drainage pipeline work will cross Yorktown Blvd., requiring road closure to through traffic in the 600-700 block between the intersections of Hollyfield Park Drive and Fairfax Lane March 10-March 21.
Jersey Wall barriers will be placed at the work zone that crosses Yorktown Blvd.
The Yorktown Blvd. road closure is scheduled to be in effect fromMarch 10 to March 21.
Only local traffic will be allowed to access this section ofYorktown Blvd.and Patrick Henry Court.

Please use alternate routes avoiding this area of Yorktown Blvdif possible during the scheduled Road Closure. 

Pickleball/Tennis courts remain open.
Hollyfield Park playground is closed and will remain closeduntil the project is completed.
