Progress Update May 8, 2025:

LANE CLOSURES NOTICE:

Milling and paving is scheduled for the

Main Gate project beginning

Monday, May 12 through Friday, May 16

during the

OVERNIGHT from 7 PM-5 AM

to avoid

Main Gate heavy traffic times.

During overnight milling and paving the Main Gate will have

one entry lane and one exit lane only.

(Those lane locations can shift during the paving process.)

The Member Lane will be open during the milling process of the project and Visitors will be directed through the Member Lane managed by LOWA Security.

The ALLBOX Entry system for Visitors will

not be available during this scheduled time.

Utilize the Back Gate whenever possible to avoid delays. 

Expect delays in the Front Gate area during this scheduled time.

• A perimeter fence and Visitor Lane signage was installed 5/1.
• Entry Guard completed all equipment installation in the Security kiosk and main gate area along with relocating the Bar Code Reader in the relocated member lane to better accommodate vehicles.
