Progress Update April 8, 2025:
THE VISITOR LANE WILL BE CLOSED
FROM NOON-5PM WEDNESDAY, APRIL 9.
THE MEMBER LANE WILL BE OPEN.
- Concrete work for the center island will be done on Wednesday, 4/9. The curb structure for the island median will be poured.
- The Visitor Lane #1(closest to Security Building) will be closed on Wednesday 4/9 FROM Noon-5PM to give access for the concrete work.
All VISITOR TRAFFIC will be detoured through the exit lane. The new relocated Member Lane will remain open. (See picture below.)
Utilize the Back Gate whenever possible to avoid delays.
Expect delays and congestion at the Front Gate area
during this scheduled time.
- The Visitor Lane #2 (old Member lane) at the Main Gate will remain closed for construction until the Guard Kiosk work is completed projected Friday, 4/18.
- The new security kiosk will be set in place and installed on the island next Tuesday, 4/15.
- Once the Security Kiosk is operational the traffic pattern at the Main Gate will shift. The Visitor Lane will close for the remainder of the Main Gate project.
- All visitor traffic will be directed through the new visitor lane beside the new security kiosk.
- The relocated Member lane will remain open.
- Main Gate lighting pole structures will be constructed the week of 4/21.
- Work will begin the week of 4/21 toward the upper section of the Main Gate entrance toward Rt. 3 intersection. Work will be on the Visitor Lane.
