Clubhouse Area Recreation Complex
Project Update May 3, 2019

Week In Review For 04/29/2019
Work taking place this week consisted of the following:
Site Work, Kelvic Constructions subcontractor Stanley Brothers continued with the excavation and prep of the site Bio Retention Ponds. Bio filter material was delivered on site Wednesday. Placement of material continued through the remainder of the week.
Stanley Brothers continued stockpiling excavated material from the ponds throughout the site which will be used as fill material for the two parking lot islands, and in any low ling areas where the existing grades needs to be raised.
Site concrete was placed on hold this week in order to allow other contractors time needed to get their scope of work completed. Concrete placement of the Pool Deck will resume next week.
Building Construction
Wilsey Roofing continued placement of shingles, siding, and trim this week. On Wednesday all siding had been placed, and on Friday all shingles had been placed. Trim placement will continue into next week.
M. L. Straight continued painting of the new structure. Outside, and Inside.
Blair Duron Restoration took care of the Resinous flooring placement/completion this week.
Tommy Wallace Electrical took care of light fixture placement in all ceiling grid, Powered up the new HVAC units, and began below pool deck electrical rough in of pool lighting.
ICE took care of start up on the new HVAC system, finished placement of remaining ceiling grid diffusers, and connections.
Miller Interiors began installation of exterior fiberglass column wraps, and continued point up of drywall after being primed. They received the ceiling tiles for the acoustical grid, and will begin placement of boarder tiles this weekend
Mikes Glass took care of installing all interior storefront units this week.
Pool Construction
Olympia Pool continued placement of accessory mounting inserts for handrails. The Bonding Inspection of theses inserts was done on Friday, and passed without any deficiencies. The tile setters were on site Wednesday for placement of remaining wall tiles.

Week In Preview For 05/06/2019
This week’s work will consist of the following:
Site Construction
Kelvics subcontractor Stanley Brothers will continue placement of remaining Bio Ponds. Completion of ponds will be on Wednesday. Stanley Brothers will begin grading of remaining areas getting them ready for landscaping. Removal of the site temporary construction entrance could possibly begin towards the end of the week.
R. J. Biringer will continue placement of concrete pool deck.
Building Construction
Wilsey Roofing will complete placement of remaining building trim. They will begin placement of gutters, and downspouts on Wednesday.
M. L. Straight will continue painting of interiors walls and ceilings. An additional crew will mobilize Tuesday or Wednesday for painting of the exterior shell.
Tommy Wallace Electrical will continue placement of below pool deck electrical rough in for pool lighting, and will continue bonding of pool as areas are made ready by the concrete contractor.
Miller Interiors will begin placement of all ceiling tiles on Tuesday after Above Ceiling Inspection is done. They will begin install of bathroom toilet partitions, and placement of bathroom accessories.
Architectural Outfitters will be on site to begin placement of restroom solid surface tops, and window trim.
Sounds to be expected this week will be unchanged with equipment backup alarms, and equipment engines running.
Traffic in the area will also be unchanged with occasional days having multiple concrete trucks in , and out of the site between pours, and venders bringing equipment, and supplies to the site.
