LOW 4/22/19 Week in Review

The site work this week was focused on preparation for the bio ponds and the remainder of the concrete. Down to Earth started the week placing sod to stabilize the site which will allow us to install the bio ponds next week. The stake of the pool decking was completed and walked with Liquid in preparation for next week’s pours.
The exterior work consisted of Wilsey continuing to place siding and trim around the perimeter of both building as M.L. Straight followed behind caulking, priming the siding, trim, and doors. The hard ceiling under the canopies were installed and finished. I.C.E finished the installation of the indoor units and has delivered the outdoor units. They will start installing the outdoor units today in order to condition the spaces.
The interior work focused on preparation for fixture, diffusers and paint. Miller Int. worked on completing loose ends, finishing of the drywall, installation of the ceiling grid as well as hanging/finishing hard ceiling. Mikes Glass has installed the storefront on the exterior of the Fitness Building and is in the process of the finishing hardware and interior storefront installation. Stafford Systems slopped the shower bed to the drain, installed the water proofing and is in the process of installing the shower tile. Olympia started setting their pool equipment earlier in the week and has completed a successful hydro test yesterday.
Olympia installed the coping around the pool and has started installation of the pool tile.

Next week’s work will consist of the following:
Kelvic will begin the digging and placing of the bio ponds. Kelvic will also continue preparing for landscape work to begin. Tommy Wallace will starting digging and setting anchor bolts for the exterior light poles. This will allow Liquid to pour their concrete around the pool deck.
On the exterior of the building Wilsey will finish up the siding and will start installing the roof shingles. As they did with priming, M.L. Straight will follow behind Wilsey with their 1st coat of paint.
