LOW 04/08/2019 Week In Review Activities
  With another productive week just about behind us, everyone here on site has been very appreciative of the weather we’ve been having. Warm temperatures, and a lot less rain. Hope everyone here at LOW is pleased with the progress they’ve been seeing. Activities that have been taking place this week include the following,
 Site work Activities ,
  Kelvic Construction’s subcontractor Stanley Brothers has been busy this week with the placement of all underground storm piping. The facilities roof drainage system will be tied into this infrastructure which is routed to the two Bio Retention Ponds located on site. This work was completed on Friday.
  R.J. Biringer mobilized on Monday, and completed the prep needed for placing the concrete pad in the breezeway on Tuesday. On Wednesday the crew began  prepping for placement of concrete walkways on Monday of next week. This activity will continue for another couple of weeks.
  Tommy Wallace Electrical began extending, and routing the exterior electrical conduits to their designated locations for powering Pool Lights, and exterior outlets.
 Fitness Center Activities
  Unlimited Plumbing finished up the interior wall rough in on Tuesday, everything was inspected and passed without any issues. Copper was insulated on Tuesday. Unlimited finished up the week taking care of a few loose ends, and began removal of remaining materials not needed. They will demobilize for a few weeks allowing painting and point up to take place before returning to start placement of all plumbing fixtures, and trim.
  Miller Interiors continued the hanging of drywall, and began the finishing of the drywall on Wednesday. All drywall hanging should be completed by this weekend with the exception of a couple of ceilings where the exhaust fans need installing. The finishing of drywall will be completed Monday, or Tuesday of next week. Miller began installation of exterior doors on Wednesday. This activity will be completed this weekend.
  Wilsey Roofing continued the placement of exterior soffit board, and trim. The crew installing the siding material pulled off for a few days this week allowing the placement of concrete walkways to take place. They will return on Monday.
  Tommy Wallace Electrical started pulling, and termination of wire to  wall outlets, and Lighting switches
 Pump House Activities
  M.L. Straight Painting began painting of the exposed metal roof decking located in the Storage Room on Wednesday, and finished up on Thursday. They will continue painting of remaining CMU walls before starting priming of drywall walls next Tuesday.
  Miller Interiors worked on framing of remaining exterior soffits, and exposed steel beams located in the Cupola.
 
  LOW 04/15/2019 Week In Preview Activities
   Site Work Activities,
  R.J. Biringer will continue placement of concrete walkways.
  Kelvic Construction’s sub Stanley Brothers will finish up site grading for concrete placement, and Landscaping. They will demobilize for a week or so before returning to begin placement of Bio Retention Ponds.
  Fitness Center Activities
  Miller Interiors will complete remaining Interior drywall finishing. They will complete remaining exterior framing. Exterior canopy ceilings will be inspected , and hung/finished.
  M.L. Straight Painting will prime all drywall ready, and apply the first coat of finish paint once point up has been done. They will begin painting, and priming of all exterior siding, trim, hollow metal door frames, and doors.
  Mikes Glass will complete install of remaining Exterior Store Front Systems.
  Tommy Wallace Electrical will finish up pulling, and termination of wire from devices back to the main electrical panel.
  Wilsey Roofing will complete placement of remaining siding, and trim. Crew will fall back and begin placement of roof drip edge material. Shingles will arrive around mid week, and possibly be placed, and completed by the end of the week.
  ICE will place HVAC equipment, and make all final connections. This activity will take most if not all week to complete.
 Pool House Activities
  M.L. Straight will complete remaining priming, and first coat all CMU walls. They will begin priming all exterior hollow metal door frames, and doors.
  Olympia Pools will begin placement of all pool equipment in the Pump Room.
  Tommy Wallace Electrical will begin routing all electrical conduit to pool pumps, and pool equipment.
 Pool Activities
  Olympia will begin placement of Pool Coping Stone.
  Tommy Wallace Electrical will begin routing of electrical conduit to pool deck light poles.
 
 Sounds to be expected with this week’s activities will continue to be much of the same regarding equipment backup alarms, and occasional banging of Dump Truck tailgates.
 Traffic in the area will be much of the same as well . It may be a little heavy on the days concrete is being placed due to Concrete Trucks coming, and going.
 This concludes the update on activities that will be taking place next week.
