Project Update, September 14 , 2018

• This week due to rain, and wet site conditions, grading was put on hold. A meeting was held with the site contractor to determine if any tasks could be performed without causing any damages to the sub grade, and was determined that there were none unfortunately.
• We were able to get one productive task in this week though, and that was having REC on site installing the conduit raceway for the service upgrade to the Clubhouse, as well as the conduit raceway that will feed the two light poles located in the new parking lot addition.
• Job site safety preparation was performed in the event hurricane Florence wants to get ugly this weekend. Tasks performed regarding, included the removal of any material that possibly could become airborne during high winds, and the temporary removal of the windscreen that was attached to the site fencing on the lake side of the project. The windscreen will be reinstalled once the storm has passed. Fingers crossed, we hope that rain fall this weekend is minimal, and the remnants of Florence moves through quickly.

• Activities that will take place next week will be the continuation of the site grading in preparation of the pool contractor mobilizing next Monday the 24th. Grading of the new building pad will be taking place, and should be completed by the end of the week. 
• Sounds, and noise that can be expected will be much as it has been over the past month, with the site equipment hard at it, and dump trucks hauling in, and out material.
• Traffic in the area to be expected will also be as it has been. May be a bit light, but the handling of it will be the same as not to interfere with the day to day activities of the Lake of the Woods residence.
