Project Update November 19, 2018

Week In Review For 11-19-18
This week provided us with great weather, which enabled the contractors on site to be very productive. Ramsey Masonry continued the placement of footing CMU on both the Fitness Center Building, and the Pool Equipment Building. The placement of the footing CMU to the Slab On Grade elevations should be complete by the end of the weekend. Ramsey Masonry will be taking Thanksgiving Day off, but will return on Friday to continue block placement, and plan to work both Saturday, and Sunday in order to finish up so the grouting of all footing block can begin on Monday of next week.
Olympia Pools began the week completing the backfilling around all below pool floor plumbing with stone dust. They had 10 truck loads of #57 stone delivered on Monday, and began placement on Tuesday. The placement of the stone will be completed on Monday of next week. Olympia will finish out their work week on Wednesday, and will be off Thanksgiving Day, and the Friday as well.

Week In Preview For 11-26-18
The activities scheduled for this week will include the following,
Ramsey Masonry will begin the grouting of all Footing CMU. This will be completed on Tuesday. Once grouting is complete, Ramsey Masonry will demobilize until building steel has been placed.
Olympia Pools will continue, and complete the placement of #57 stone on Wednesday. They will then begin placement of the pool floor steel. This task will carry out through the remainder of the week, and possibly into the beginning of the following week.
Kelvic Construction will be back on site Tuesday to take care of some grading where new parking lot curb will be formed, and placed on Wednesday. They will also provide some maintenance on the construction entrance roadway where additional stone is needed.
R.J.Biringer Construction will be here on Wednesday to form and place some of the new parking lot curb that is needed by Ruston Asphalt for stone placement on Thursday prior to the placement of base asphalt possibly on Friday.
Ruston Asphalt will mobilize on Thursday to begin the placement of stone sub base on the new parking lot. Placement of stone should be completed by that afternoon. If not, it will continue into Friday until complete. Placement of asphalt base is to follow completion of stone placement.
Noise, and sounds to be expected will be the same as the past few weeks from the site equipment moving around, equipment backup alarms, and dump truck tailgates banging.
Traffic in the area will be very active on Tuesday, and Thursday with stone being brought in for grading. If by chance we are able to get the base asphalt placed on Friday, traffic will be very heavy and active around the Clubhouse due to trucks delivering the asphalt. We will keep LOWA informed if this is to take place.
