Project Update November 16, 2018
Reported by Wack General Contracting
LOW Week In Review For 11-12-18
This week saw the start of Ramsey Masonry mobilizing, and begin the placement of footing CMU to the elevation of Slab On Grade. We at Wack GC stayed ahead of them pumping water from the footing trenches so this could be accomplished. The rain we had on Thursday kept the mason from working, but they made up for the loss time by working Saturday, as well as working Sunday to take advantage of the nice weather.
Olympia Pools this week also saw their share of set backs in dealing with Mother Nature, but made the best of it with completing the install of the below pool floor plumbing. Olympia Pool also agreed to work this Saturday in order to make up for the loss day on Thursday.
Hats off to all the contractors for working the added days, and doing what is necessary in order to maintain the schedule to the best of their ability. Thanks to all.
LOW Week In Preview For 11-19-18
During this Thanksgiving Week Ramsey Masonry will continue the placement of the footing CMU to the Slab On Grade Elevation. This task should be completed by Sunday with grouting of all block following the week after.
Olympia Pools will be backfilling, and prepping the pool floor for placement of structural rebar, and finally with the placement of concrete the following week.
