Week In Review For 2-25-2019
For the last week of February, you couldn’t have asked for better weather. Having plenty of sunshine, and mild temperatures helped make this week a very productive one.
B.G. Crane finished up Tuesday with the placement of all remaining metal roof decking, and support angels and clips. We had the third party inspector (DEA) on site Tuesday taking care of the final steel inspection of all remaining items, and everything passed without any deficiencies.

Miller Interiors crew mobilized Monday and began placement of the 3/4 sheathing over the metal roof decking of the Fitness Center Building which had been inspected and released last week. By Tuesday this side was covered, and they started on the roof of the Pool House. The 3/4 sheathing will be used as a nailer for placement of the shingles. Miller Interiors also began installing the 7/8’s metal Hat Channel on the Pool House exterior wall just above the finish grade of the brick veneer, and cast stone. On Thursday part of the crew fell back and began placement of the exterior hollow metal door frames. Miller will be working this weekend, finishing up the roof sheathing, and begin the layout, and framing of the interior walls of the Fitness Center.

Ramsey Masonry continued placement of remaining interior CMU walls of the Pool House Restroom, and placement of the exterior brick veneer on the Pool House.

Creative Conservation finished up Wednesday with the application of the water proof air barrier on the Fitness Center Building. They will be back in a few weeks to apply the spray foam to the under side of the roof decking once all framing, placement of duct, and hanger wire has been installed.

Unlimited Plumbing began the routing of above ceiling pipe in the Fitness Center, and continued working with the mason installing remaining plumbing pipe as wall were laid.

Tommy Wallace Electrical continued to pop in and out this week finishing up placement of remaining electrical conduit and boxes where needed within the CMU walls.

This concludes the list of activities that took place this week. Hope everyone has a great weekend.
