Project Update March 8, 2019

03-04-2019 Week In Review 
With the cooperation of Mother Nature we had a very productive week. The activities of construction that took place this week consisted of the following:
      Ramsey Masonry continued placement of brick veneer on both the Pool House, and Fitness Center Buildings. With all brick veneer placed on the Pool House Building on Wednesday part of the crew fell back and began setting the Cast Stone. This activity will carry into next week. On Thursday we had a final rough in inspection of remaining in wall plumbing of the Pool House Restroom chase that separates the men’s and women’s restroom. This allowed Ramsey to continue placement of remaining CMU block. This activity should wrap up around Tuesday of next week. 
      Miller Interiors completed remaining roof sheathing placement on Monday. They then began onsite fabrication of the Cupola roof trusses. Placement of the trusses began Friday and will be completed on Saturday. Miller began the framing of the facilities exterior soffits on Thursday. This activity will take most of the next few weeks to complete. Lastly they began layout of all interior walls on Friday and will begin framing of these walls Saturday.  Completion of interior framing will be next Wednesday or Thursday. 
     R.J. Biringer was on site Tuesday to frame the Housekeeping Pads and prep the building column block outs. Placement of concrete for these areas was done on Wednesday. 
      I.C.E mobilized on site Monday and began placement of all above ceiling duct work in the Fitness Center Building. Completion of install will be on Monday of next week. 
      Wilsey Roofing mobilized on site Tuesday and began placement of the facilities roof Ice, and Water Shield. They finished up on the main roof of the facility on Wednesday. Once the roof framing and sheathing of the Cupola is complete they will be back to complete remaining dry in of the new building.
      Unlimited Plumbing continued with the above ceiling rough in of the interior restroom located in the Fitness Center, and completed with inspection the Pool House Restroom. 
      Tommy Wallace Electrical continued to pop in an out taking care of remaining CMU in wall rough in. On Friday all rough in of CMU wall was completed. 
      Regarding inspections, everything needed was taken care of and passed without any deficiencies. 
     This concludes a brief summary of activities that took place this week. Hope everyone has a great weekend. 
03-11-2019 Week In Preview

This weeks activities will consist of the following,
      Ramsey will complete all brick veneer and Cast Stone placement by Friday. Cleaning of veneer and stone will be done once everything has had time to cure.
Miller Interiors will continue framing of all Fitness Center interior metal stud walls, exterior soffits, and framing of Cupola roof and walls.
      I.C.E will complete all above ceiling duct work rough in Monday, and have inspection of duct on Tuesday.
     Unlimited Plumbing will continue above ceiling plumbing rough in, and will begin plumbing rough in of metal stud walls where needed.
     Tommy Wallace Electrical will begin new service rough in on Tuesday and see its competition on Wednesday. They will begin Wednesday with electrical rough in of metal stud walls where needed.
     Wilsey Roofing will be back Wednesday to complete the placement of the remaining ice, and water shield of the Cupola roof.
     Sounds to be expected will continue to be much of what everyone has been hearing. Construction equipment backup alarms and some beating and banging of metal.
   Traffic in the area will be light, with occasional deliveries being done by contractors vendors.
