Week In Review For January 14, 2019

This week got off to a slow start due to another visit from old man winter leaving us with two of his favorite things, snow, and ice. Monday didn’t see much activity other then Unlimited Plumbing receiving material for the project. On Tuesday things began to get back to some normalcy with the masons returning, and back at placement of the exterior load bearing walls. This activity continued through the remainder of the week with occasional visits from the plumbing, and electrical contractors placing all necessary pipe, and conduit in the CMU walls as they went up. On Friday we received the shipment of Bar Joist, and metal decking for the roof structure. Materials were unloaded, and staged at the upper end of the new parking lot. Placement will begin at the end of next week.
Lastly, just to briefly explain why the sudden appearance of the orange safety cones within the area of the upper parking lot. With additional construction crews arriving on site we want to make sure all construction parking is limited to one area, and not dispersed through out all areas of the parking lot. Space between cones is provided so that all members of the Lake Of The Woods Association coming and going can be achieved. Cones will only be placed during working hours, and will be removed at the end of the day. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Week In Preview For January 21, 2019

This weeks activities will consist of the following,
Monday through Wednesday Ramsey Masonry will continue placement of the exterior load bearing walls. Unlimited Plumbing, and Tommy Wallace Electrical will continue popping in, and out placing any pipe or conduit within the CMU walls until completion.
On Wednesday we will see the arrival, and staging of the steel erectors crane in preparation of setting the roof structure Bar Joist on Thursday. This activity will finish out the remainder of the week, and will be completed the week of the 28th.
Sounds, and noises to be expected will be about the same with the masons equipment moving about the site.
Traffic in the area to be expected will be light with occasional deliveries of contractors materials being made
