Week In Review For 01-07-19

      We would like to start out this Week In Review by extending our apology to all those who were inconvenienced Tuesday night resulting from the concrete placement. The finishing of the concrete slab went way past Lake Of The Woods noise ordinance time due to the rain that came in around 10:00, and for that we apologize, and want to assure everyone that it will not happen again.
      This weeks main focus was to have the buildings slab on grade placed, all exterior footing trenches backfilled , pool plumbing placed, terminated inside the new pump room, pressure tested, and get the masons remobilized, and back on track with the exterior wall CMU placement. We successfully achieved our goal. Some of the other activities we managed to accomplish this week included having the site cleaned up by removing unnecessary spoils piles, and rough grading a lot of the area around the pool, as well as along the area where the new walking trail is to be placed. No work is currently scheduled for this weekend due to the chance of snow fall Saturday afternoon, and into Sunday.
      What a busy, and productive week, just the way we like it. Hope everyone here in the Lake Of The Woods community has a great weekend.

Week In Preview For 01-14-19

      This weeks scheduled activities will include the following,
      Ramsey Masonry will continue placement of all Exterior CMU walls,
Tommy Wallace Electrical, and Unlimited Plumbing will continue working with the masons installing any electrical or plumbing wall rough in that is needed.
      Sounds to be expected this week will be the continued site equipment backup alarms, as well as engine running from the equipment.
      Traffic to be expected will be light this week with occasional deliveries being made by trades vendors.
