Week In Review For 12-3-18
 
This week activities consisted of the following,
 
Ultimate Plumbing began the install of all under slab plumbing for the Fitness Building. Ultimate Plumbing is looking to have all piping placed, tested, and inspected by the end of next week in regards to the Fitness Building. 
  Olympia Pools completed the structural rebar placement for the new pool floor on Tuesday which allowed the electricians to mobilize on Wednesday to take care of all grounding, and bonding. The pool bonding inspection was done on Thursday, and has passed with out having any issues. The structural rebar inspection was done on Friday, and it too passed without any issues. Placement of the pool floor concrete will take place next Tuesday. 
 Tommy Wallace Electrical was on site Wednesday as stated, and took care of all pool bonding. 
  Rustin Paving mobilized on site Monday, and began placement of all parking lot sub grade stone. Stone placement was completed on Wednesday followed by the placement of base asphalt on Thursday. 

Week In Preview For 12-10-18
 
The activities this week will mainly consist of the one thing everyone has been waiting for, the setting of the steel for the new facility. 
 B.G. Crane will start receiving the steel package for the new facility on Monday. Material will be unloaded, and staged in the new parking lot. Setting of the columns, and connecting beams will begin Monday afternoon, and is expected to be complete by Thursday for the Fitness Building. The erectors will then start the placement of the columns, and connecting beams on the Pump/Storage Building on Friday. Completion of this first mobilization will be done by the Wednesday of the following week.
  Olympia Pools will be placing the pool floor concrete on Tuesday. Wednesday they will begin preparation of the placement of shotcrete on all pool walls. 
 
Sounds to be expected will continue to much of the same. Equipment engine running, equipment back up alarms, and metallic banging accompanying the setting of the steel columns, beams. 
 
Expected traffic in the area will consist of the tractor trailers delivering the steel on Monday, and into Tuesday. 4 separate deliveries are to be had. 2 on Monday, and 2 on Tuesday. Along with the steel delivery on Tuesday we will have a concrete pump truck on site along with several concrete trucks delivering the concrete for the pool floor placement.
