The Lake of the Wood Association offers Smartwebs as an easy-to-use online portal for submitting architectural requests, requesting maintenance for shared areas, viewing violation information, and communicating with the HOA.

This page will walk you through what Smartwebs is, what you can do with it, and how to register and get started.

What Is Smartwebs?

Smartwebs is the official online system used by the Lake of the Wood Association to manage resident requests and communications. It provides a secure and convenient way for homeowners to interact with the HOA without needing to visit the office or make phone calls.
 

What You Can Do with Smartwebs

Once registered, residents can use Smartwebs to:

  • Submit Architectural Requests Online
    • Complete and submit architectural forms digitally for home improvement projects and track their status.
  • Communicate with Maintenance
    • Submit maintenance requests for community shared areas directly through the system for faster and more efficient responses.
  • View Violation Notices and Photos
    • Access violation letters and related photos to stay informed and resolve issues promptly.
  • Send and Receive Messages
    • Communicate easily with the HOA board and respond to messages in one centralized location.
  • Explore Additional Tools
    • Discover other features within Smartwebs designed to improve communication and enhance your experience in the community.

How to Register for Smartwebs

Getting started with Smartwebs is simple:

Step 1: Look for Your Invitation Email

Residents will receive an email invitation from Smartwebs with a link to register. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.

Step 2: Create Your Account

Click the registration link in the email and follow the prompts to create your username and password. If you don't recieve an email invite, CLICK HERE

Step 3: Log In and Get Started

Once your account is set up, you can log in anytime to submit requests, view updates, and communicate with the HOA.
