A NEW TWIST ON A COMMUNITY FAVORITE! Treats on the Point is getting a fresh new look this year! We're excited to introduce our Trunk or Treat — a fun new way to bring neighbors together for an evening of costumes, candy and Halloween fun! Friday, October 30 6:00–8:00 PM Lower Level Parking Lot Decorated trunks will fill the lot as our trick-or-treaters make their way from car to car collecting treats and checking out all the creative displays. And yes — there will be prizes for our trunk decorators! Want to decorate a trunk? We'll be opening pre-registration soon! Participating vehicles will register in advance and receive an assigned parking space. Don't forget the new date! This year's event will take place on Friday, October 30 — not Halloween night. Residents, families, clubs, committees, and community groups are invited to register a vehicle and join the fun. Participating trunk decorators will receive an assigned parking space and have 5 to 6 PM to set up and bring their Halloween vision to life before trick-or-treating begins. Whether your trunk is spooky, silly, creative, or completely over-the-top, bring your best ideas—because there are bragging rights on the line! Trunks will compete for Best Overall, Spookiest Trunk, Most Creative, and Kids' Choice. Voting will take place throughout the evening and close at 7:30 PM, with winners announced just before the event concludes at 8 PM. All participating trunks must be pre-registered, and spaces are limited. Trunk hosts should plan to provide their own decorations and individually wrapped treats to distribute during the event.
