Clubhouse and Fareways, Part-Time. 
Clubhouse and Fareways, Team Members, Part-Time. The Clubhouse and Fareways Cafe are hiring part-time staff to work at one of our two restaurants. Positions include Servers, Dishwashers, Cooks, Expeditors, and Hosts/Hostesses.
Pay ranges:
•      Server: $3.70-$5/hr + gratuities (Server positions are tipped positions. Total compensation is guaranteed to equal at least the Virginia minimum wage of $12.77/hour, and actual earnings may exceed this amount based on gratuities received.)
•      Host/Hostess: $12.77-$13/hr
•      Expeditor: $12.77-$13/hr
•      Dishwasher: $12.77-$13/hr
•      Line Cook: $17.85-$18/hr

Fareways, Shift Supervisor, Full-Time. Oversee, schedule, and delegate tasks to staff of servers, line cooks, dishwashers, and bartenders. Ensure excellent customer service to members including timely, accurate, and friendly service. Reconcile daily sales reports, ensure proper resolution to member issues as elevated by staff. Maintain adequate food inventory and ensure proper stocking of supplies. Pay range: $17-$18/hr, eligible for full benefits package. 

 

Equestrian, Barn Attendant, Part-Time
Maintain cleanliness and organization of barn facilities, including sweeping aisles and tidying up common areas Feed and water horses according to established schedules and guidelines. Handle horses safely and confidently during daily activities, including turnout, exercise, or veterinary procedures. Feed and water horses according to established schedules and guidelines.

Roads Laborer, Full-Time. Maintain LOW Streets, rights-of-way, drainage systems, and equipment. Maintain the safety and aesthetics of LOW roads and property. Perform maintenance such as ice and snow removal, operate vehicles, and street work including the patching of holes, brush cutting, and shouldering. Must be 23 years or older to operate LOWA vehicles due to insurance requirements. Pay Range: $17-$18/hr, eligible for full benefits package. 

Groundskeeper, Full-Time. Preserve and maintain the natural beauty of LOW common property. Perform general landscaping maintenance tasks utilizing equipment and machinery. Perform mowing, edging, weed control, and leaf blowing duties. Ensure LOW common areas are free of trash and well-maintained. Must be 23 years or older to operate LOWA vehicles due to insurance requirements. Pay Range: $17-$18/hr, eligible for full benefits package.
