Update-March 3, 2025

• The contractor will prepare the pipeline construction area on Patrick Henry Court during the week of 3/3, weather permitting. Jersey Wall barriers will be placed in the work zones on Patrick Henry Court and will be moved as the pipeline work progresses.
• Weather permitting, the contractor will begin construction of the pipeline connecting the Yorktown water detention pond to the Patrick Henry Court pipeline during the week of 3/10.
• The pipeline work will cross Yorktown Blvd., requiring road closure to through traffic in the 700 block between the intersections of Hollyfield Park Drive and Fairfax Lane. Members will be notified before the road closure.
• The Yorktown Blvd. road closure is scheduled to be in effect from March 10 to March 21. Only local traffic will be allowed to access this section of Yorktown Blvd.
• Hollyfield Park playground is closed and will remain closed until the project is completed.
• The pickleball and tennis courts remain open
