UPDATE NOVEMBER 27, 2024

• Tree removal/lot clearing begins at the Yorktown LOWA Lots (707 & 709 Yorktown Blvd) Monday, Dec. 2.
• Tree removal in the back area of Hollyfield Park has been completed.   
• The parking area near the baseball field at the back of Hollyfield Park has been closed to members until further notice. 
• Contractor has completed all test pits. Each test pit will remain unfilled until the new drainage is installed.
• Hollyfield Park playground is closed and will remain closed until the project is completed.
• Pickleball courts and Tennis courts remain open.
