Progress Update: Patrick Henry Court Drainage Improvement Project:

Tree cutting is complete at the two LOWA Lots (707 & 709 Yorktown Blvd) for the stormwater basin location, removal of these trees from the lots should be completed by the week of 1/27. Please be aware that traffic on Yorktown Blvd in the 700-block area could be interrupted during the tree removal process.
Excavation will begin at the two LOWA Lots (707 & 709 Yorktown Blvd) for the stormwater basin. Work is expected to run for the next two weeks, weather permitting. Beginning the week of 1/27.
Tree removal on Patrick Henry Court and Yorktown Blvd. is complete.
Hollyfield water detention facility digging is completed and the contractor is removing excess material from the basin. Pipeline construction by the contractor (Steady Construction) on Patrick Henry Court and the 700-block area of Yorktown Blvd has been rescheduled due to extremely low temperatures. This work will be scheduled after the Hollyfield Park pipeline connection is completed.
The drainage connection between Hollyfield and Patrick Henry Court is under construction by the contractor (Steady Construction).
Installation of the micro pool within the water detention facility in Hollyfield Park will begin in the week of 1/27/25.
The parking area near the baseball field at the back of Hollyfield Park has been closed to members until further notice.
Hollyfield Park playground is closed and will remain closed until the project is completed.
Pickleball courts and Tennis courts remain open.
