UPDATE December 15, 2025

• The horseshoe pit installation is completed.
• Tree replacement planting is in process along the perimeter of the project area of Hollyfield Park. Two shade trees in the parking area have been planted.
• Water Detention Facility: The micro pool in the water detention facility has a drainage structure that is scheduled to be capped by the contractor (Steady Construction) and a removable bollard to be installed by the contractor at the parking lot side access. 

• RSA has completed all utility conflict work on Patrick Henry Court.
• Steady Construction completed ditch and manhole structure work at the intersection of Patrick Henry Court and Yorktown Blvd.
• The contractor completed the two drainage pipeline crossings on Patrick Henry Court.
• Ditch grading and drainage structure caps are in process of being completed on Patrick Henry Court, weather permitting.

• A gravel entrance area, vegetated spillway, and a removable bollard at the driveway remain to be finished.

• Crews will begin final site cleanup and demobilization of construction equipment.
• Erosion and sediment control fencing will remain in place until new grass is fully established.

• Paving on Yorktown Blvd. and tar-and-chip work on Patrick Henry Court will be completed in the Spring 2026 due to temperature requirements.
• Tar and chip will be applied to all Hollyfield Park parking areas in the Spring 2026 due to temperature requirements.
