UPDATE June 13, 2025

Progress Update June 13, 2025:

• Steady Construction crews are working from Hollyfield Park detention pond drainage pipeline toward Patrick Henry Court drainage pipeline. There is an estimated 200 foot of pipeline construction left to complete the connection.
• RSA has identified a contractor to complete the water main utility conflict. The start date will be contingent on conditions in the work zone. The project zone must have limited stormwater and be mostly dry.
• The contractor (Steady Construction) continues to mitigate water runoff in the project zones from wet weather.
• Yorktown Boulevard (from Patrick Henry Court to Fairfax Lane) will remain closed until further notice.
• Hollyfield Park playground is closed and will remain closed until the project is completed.
• The pickleball and tennis courts and the ball field are open.
