VANTACA, our NEW Member Portal HAS ARRIVED!

LOWA is pleased to announce the launch of your community’s new online Owner Portal. Beginning October 1, LOWA is transitioning to Vantaca, our new member management platform.

The new portal puts important account information and services right at your fingertips. You’ll be able to view your account balance, make payments online and manage your account 24/7 from your phone, tablet or computer.

Easier Assessment Payments

One of the biggest benefits of the new portal is making your LOWA assessment payments easier to manage. Vantaca provides convenient online payment and auto-pay options, giving you more flexibility in how you manage your assessments.

Your new portal will also provide access to:

• Account information and LOW Association documents
• Online payments and payment options
• …and more as we continue to build and expand the system to better serve our residents.

Your LOWA Account Number Is Changing
With the transition to our new software, your LOWA Association account number will also change. Your new account number will be provided with your Vantaca Owner Portal information.

What Do You Need to Do?
Nothing just yet! On October 5, you’ll receive an email with instructions and your new login credentials. Follow these easy instructions to set up your Vantaca account.

SmartWebs is staying! You will continue to use SmartWebs for ECC requests, violation tracking and maintenance requests.

Your assessment amount is NOT changing — only the system is changing.

⚠️ Important for Members on Payment Plans

If you are currently on a payment plan, your new portal may show a $0.00 balance in October while we migrate your account history. This is normal, and your actual balance is not zero. The account-history migration is expected to take approximately 20–30 days.
