EQUESTRIAN CENTER: Part-Time Stable Worker. Seeking hardworking, dependable applicants to clean stalls and paddocks, clean and fill water tubs, feed the horses and assist with horse shows, guided trail rides, and pony camp. MUST be able to work weekends. Experience working with horses is required.

MAINTENANCE: Full-Time Buildings Foreman. Salaried position for a skilled, experienced Foreman with demonstrated ability to plan, organize and supervise daily maintenance tasks throughout LOW facilities. Good communication skills essential. Minimum requirements include HS diploma with trade or technical school diploma or degree preferred. CFC certification, HVAC, Electrical troubleshooting certifications required. 15 years of experience in the buildings trade may substitute for professional education requirements. MAINTENANCE: General. Full-Time Custodian. This position will be responsible for keeping assigned building clean and pleasant for workers and residents. The majority of work is performed in LOW facilities and common areas. Some prior experience is preferred.

MAINTENANCE: Full-Time Groundskeeper. This position is responsible for performing general landscaping maintenance tasks for routine and special events. Must have experience in the operation of grounds’ care equipment such as residential and commercial mowers, basic chain saw operation and weed eaters. Heavy lifting and working in all weather conditions and on rough terrain is part of this job. HS Diploma – two years minimum experience with yard equipment required.

CLUBHOUSE. Part-Time Host/Hostess. The successful candidate will welcome and manage timely seating of guests and possess excellent customer service and communication skills along with a hospitable disposition and a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Some computer skills required. Work schedule includes the hours of 4-10 PM Wednesday through Sunday along with some holidays. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. FAREWAYS:  Part-Time Line Cook. Golf Course Sports Bar and Dining facility. Required to accurately and efficiently cook hot food products as well as prepare and portion food prior to cooking. A minimum of one year experience is preferred along with good communication skills, ability to work flexible hours and a team spirit.
