Full Time Salaried Position – Director of Finance.  Seeking highly-motivated, energetic and professional candidate to assume a strategic role in the overall financial management of the Association.  This position has primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related Association activities including oversight of Accounting, Finance, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Reporting, Collections, Banking Relations, Reserve Funding and Strategic Planning. This position reports directly to the General Manager. The Director of Finance must provide staff leadership and ensure that effective internal controls are in place and compliant with GAAP, Federal, State and Local regulatory requirements.  A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance plus 5 – 7 years relevant experience required. A Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with a CPA is highly desirable.  Excellent communication and people skills are essential.  Must demonstrate proficiency in member management software programs preferably Jonas.  Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office, especially Excel required.  Supervisory experience a must. Attendance at Board of Directors meetings, Finance Committee and other relevant committee meetings and community-wide events will require some evenings and occasional weekends. Salary is negotiable and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Part Time Hourly Position -- Accounting Assistant. The successful applicant will work with the Controller and Accounting Coordinator on daily revenue recognition from Association amenities and provide clerical support to the Finance Department as needed.  Good people skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy and communication skills required.  H S Diploma, 1-2 years’ experience in similar office environment and proficiency in Excel is essential. Part Time Servers/Banquet Servers.  Flexible hours working with a great team.  Must be over 18 years of age, personable with good communication skills and basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures.  Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds essential. 
Equestrian Center
Part Time Stable Worker.  The successful, dependable candidate will assist with barn chores, including cleaning stalls and paddocks, cleaning and filling water tubs, feeding the horses and blanketing when weather requires.  Additional duties may include assisting with pony rides and parties, trail rides and helping with shows and other special events.  Previous experience working with Equines required.
Part Time Bartender position.  Successful applicant will mix and serve beverages at the Sports Bar and Grill.  Applicants must be at least 21 years old, willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.  Job requires superb customer service skills. One-two years’ experience required.  
Part Time Line Cook position.  Part time position available at the Golf Course Sports Bar and Dining facility.  Required to accurately and efficiently cook hot food products as well as prepare and portion food prior to cooking.  A minimum of one year experience is preferred along with good communication skills, ability to work flexible hours and a team spirit.
