The LOWA Board of Directors (BOD) met in a Special Meeting today for the purpose of discussing the recent Board of Director Vacancy for Jim Zavrel.
During this Special Meeting the Board took three actions:
LOWA Board of Directors elected John R. Bell as Secretary to fill the Secretary vacancy.
The BOD selected Thomas C. Phillips (TC) to fill the BOD vacancy until the next BOD Election, early September 2025.
BOD redistributed Committee Liaison assignments. Those changes are as follows:
Communications Committee- Vassa Olson
Elections- John R. Bell
External Affairs-Leif Henecke
Nominating-Frank DiPasquale
Thomas C. Phillips (TC)
