2022 Restroom Renovations
Roof Replacement of the Velona Building
INVITATION FOR BIDS
Sealed bids are invited from qualified Contractors for Restroom Renovations located in two facilities and a roof replacement for the Velona Building. Scope includes new finishes, new plumbing fixtures, rough and finish carpentry, minor concrete work, roofing, and electrical. The project is located at Lake of the Woods, a residential community on Route 3, approximately 15-miles west of Fredericksburg in Orange County, Virginia. Contact Hunter Spencer 540-972-2254

Two (2) copies of the bid shall be sent in a sealed envelope marked as follows: Lake of the Woods Association, Inc., c/o Hunter Spencer, 102 Lakeview Parkway, Locust Grove, Virginia, 22508. Sealed bids are due by 2:00 P.M., on March 21, 2023. The bids will be opened and ranked privately at that time. The contract will be awarded on or around April 1, 2023. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on-site, 10:00am, Monday, February 27, and Wednesday March 1st, 2023.
