The pavilion is located at Sweetbriar Park. It may be reserved by LOW members in good standing at no charge. A form is available at the LOWA office in the Holcomb Building. The form is available online in PDF** format. Click on the link (the word "online") to display it and print it using the Print option in your browser.

Please note that the orginal form is in triplicate. Therefore, if you choose to use the online version, you must provide two copies of the completed form. The form (and copies) must be taken to the front desk at the Holcomb Building. You should also check the calendars to ensure the date you wish to reserve the pavilion is available.

The pavilion has tables to seat approximately 96 adults. If the party includes children, the pavilion could seat about 125.

Please note that the reservation of the pavilion does NOT include access to the Sweetbriar Pool. If you plan on making use of pool facilities please contact the Pool Manager on 972-2232 at least two weeks in advance.

FAILURE TO NOTIFY THE POOL MANAGER MAY RESULT IN ACCESS BEING DENIED TO THE GROUP. LOWA members and tenants may bring up to 10 guests each to the pools. Daily pool passes for guests and non-pool members are $5 per person.
