Tee time “No Show” Policy
Effective May 1, 2003
From time to time, there are those who make tee
times and then for whatever reason, they do not show, nor do
they make any attempt to notify the Pro Shop at least twelve
hours in advance that they are not coming. Such action is not
fair to others who wish to play.
Therefore, the following policy is being implemented
regarding "no shows":
1st offense:
Letter from golf committee stating that one is in violation of this tee time
policy and that another infraction will result in said person not being allowed
to play prior to 12 noon for a period of two weeks.
2nd offense and any additional offense:
Letter from golf committee stating that one has committed a second or additional
violator of this tee time policy and, therefore, that said individual will
not be allowed to play prior to 12 noon for a period of two weeks. Any additional
infractions will result in the same prohibition.
If one is placed under this prohibition and
is found to be deliberately trying to circumvent the "no
play before noon" penalty, additional prohibitions may
be applied.
