  • Fuel Tanks must conform with LOWA Restrictive Covenant 9.A.(I)

"Every tank for the storage of fuel installed outside any building, the Section or Subdivision shall be either buried below the surface of the ground or screened to the satisfaction of the Committee by Fencing or shrubbery"
  • Screening to be installed within 30 days of tank installation/attach detailed plan/sketch of screening
  • No Fee
