Permission is hereby
granted to the lot owner named above to construct an entranceway culvert
installation in accordance with the Association’s specifications for
installation of entrance driveways and culverts contained in the LOWA
Regulations V and XVI, Environmental Control Procedures, or at the Maintenance
Office.
Steep driveways with surfaces
at the culvert higher than the adjacent LOW road surface are not permitted.
The culvert/driveway
installation must be in serviceable condition in accordance with
specifications.
Subsequent to receipt of
notice of house completion at the Maintenance Office, the culvert will be
inspected. If the culvert is not installed, not completed, or otherwise
disapproved, it must be brought to approvable condition and reinspected. If
after a reasonable time the culvert has not been brought to approvable condition,
LOWA will take action as prescribed in the Specifications for Installation of
Entrance Driveway and Culverts.
