History:
As
part of the original plan for the recreation oriented
community the establishment of a boarding/riding stable
has always been part of the community. The various activities
are geared to a wide variety of interests and age levels.
It has always provided trail rides, lessons, and show
competition with other stables in the area.
The
Lake of the Woods is the longest running hunter show series
in the Fredericksburg area. It has enjoyed many years
of success and a loyal following.
